Bulk Import & Update definitions

Using our Bulk Import & Update tool, you can easily bulk update and add domains using a CSV template.

Please take a look at the definitions of each available column below.

A – Domain

The domain name: testdomain.com. Efty uses this column to check if this domain name is already in your account and should be updated. Please note that you can use capitalization such as TestDomain.com

B – Purchase price

The purchase price of the domain, using a dot as a separator: 120.50

C – Purchase date

The purchase date of the domain in mm-dd-yyyy format: 12-31-2017

D – Renewal fee

The renewal fee for the domain, using a dot as a separator: 9.50

E – Status

The type of domain in your Efty portfolio. This should be one of the items below:

portfolio
sold
dropped
development

F – Sold date

The sold date of the domain in mm-dd-yyyy format: 12-31-2017

G – Sold price

The purchase price of the domain, using a dot as a separator: 120.50

H – Category

The category should be one of Efty’s existing categories:

The first out of five USP’s to show on your For-sale lander.

P – USP 2/5

The second out of five USP’s to show on your For-sale lander.

Q – USP 3/5

The third out of five USP’s to show on your For-sale lander.

R – USP 4/5

The fourth out of five USP’s to show on your For-sale lander.

S – USP 5/5

The fifth out of five USP’s to show on your For-sale lander.

T – Efty Market

If this domain should be displayed on your Efty domain shop, enter 'yes'. Enter no or leave blank otherwise.

U - Lease to Own override

Enter yes if you wish to override the settings under https://app.efty.com/settings/lease-to-own/. Enter no or leave blank otherwise.

V - Lease to Own enabled

Enter yes to enable Lease to Own for the domain, or enter no to disable it. Please note that this only works if you override your account's default settings and have set yes in column U (Lease to Own override)

W - Lease to Own max months

Enter a numeric value between 1 and 48 for the maximum number of monthly installments a buyer can choose from. Please note that this only works if you override your account's default settings and have set yes in column U (Lease to Own override)

X - Lease to Own min down payment

See a numeric value for an optional minimum down payment for the domain. Do not use any decimals or commas. Please note that this only works if you override your account's default settings and have set yes in column U (Lease to Own override)
