Verifying identity for Individuals
To receive payouts from Efty Pay, we need to verify your identity. This article shows you what information and documents you may need to provide and what type of document is accepted based on the country of your residence.

Information to provide
The natural person must provide the following information:
- First name
- Last name
- Date of birth
- Nationality
- Country of residence
Documents to provide
The natural person must provide an official identity document. The accepted documents depend on the country of issue, as described below.

Which languages are accepted?
We accept documents submitted in one of the following languages:
- Dutch
- English
- French
- German
- Italian
- Portuguese
- Spanish
Note – Translation may be required (except for identity proof)
For all documents except the identity proof, a certified sworn translation to English or French is necessary if the document is not in one of the accepted languages.
The translation must be signed by the certified sworn translator appointed by the legal authorities to provide official translations.
The translation and the original must be submitted together in the same Document.
