When does Efty Pay issue an invoice to a buyer?
A Transaction Overview and invoice for your purchase will be available immediately after Efty Pay has completed your transaction. The Transaction Overview shows the financial details of your domain name purchase, while the Invoice contains the details of your Express Transfer Fee (if applicable).
What kind of documents does Efty Pay issue?
Efty Pay will issue a Transaction Overview for your domain name purchase and a separate invoice if you have paid an express delivery fee.
Where can I find my documents?
The Transaction Overview and Invoice can be found in your Efty Pay account. Sign into Efty Pay with your magic link, then navigate to the Transactions tab. Click on the transaction for which you would like to see your invoices and click on the Documents tab. Here, you will find all documents related to the transaction.
How do I download a document?
Your documents can be viewed in a new browser window, and you can use your browser settings to print this page or save it as a PDF.
Windows users
- Open the print menu by pressing Ctrl+P.
- Under the “Printer” drop-down menu, select “Microsoft Print to PDF” or “Save as PDF”. (The exact wording may vary by browser.)
- Click “Print”.
- When prompted, you can choose where you want to save the file.
- If you're on an older version of Windows that does not have the built-in Microsoft Print to PDF printer, the Google Chrome browser provides its own “Save as PDF” option.
Mac users
- Open the print menu by pressing Command+P.
- From the PDF drop-down menu (in the lower-left corner), choose “Save as PDF”. (In Chrome, you may skip this step and select “Open PDF in Preview”.)
- When prompted, you can choose where you want to save the file.
