Redirect your For-Sale landing pages

All domain names pointed to our ns1.eftydns.com and ns2.eftydns.com nameservers are supported with an SSL certificate.

Suppose you prefer to redirect your For-Sale landing pages to SSL-secured pages elsewhere; Efty Investor also offers three additional options.

Redirect buyers to SSL-secured For-Sale landing pages hosted on Efty.com.

This feature allows you to redirect buyers to For-Sale landing pages on Efty.com without setting up a custom domain.  Select the “redirect to Efty.com" option from the drop-down in your Settings > For-Sale landing pages page, and you are good to go.

By enabling this feature, all visitors on your domains using the Efty nameservers (ns1.eftydns.com/ns2.eftydns.com) will be forwarded to For-Sale landing pages hosted on Efty.com.

These are our best-converting For-Sale landing pages and come with Live Chat that connects potential buyers with an Efty team member to answer questions about the purchase and domain transfer process.

Please note that redirecting your domains to Efty.com will update the landing page to the Efty.com marketplace design, and any customizations you have set for a domain name, such as a description or logo, will not be displayed.

If your domain names have a Buy-It-Now price set, buyers visiting the domain via Efty.com will be able to check out and purchase the domain name via Efty Pay.

Redirect buyers to For-Sale landing pages hosted on your Domain Shop.

You can redirect buyers to your Domain Shop's For-Sale landing pages with a single click. By enabling this feature, all visitors on your domains using the Efty nameservers (ns1.eftydns.com/ns2.eftydns.com) will be forwarded to For-Sale landing pages hosted on your Domain Shop.

You are ready when you select the “redirect to my Domain Shop" option from the drop-down menu on your Settings > For-Sale landing pages page.

Redirect buyers to For-Sale landing pages hosted on your custom domain name.

This feature lets you direct buyers to secure For-Sale landing pages without setting up a Domain Shop. You can set up a custom domain name from the Settings > For-Sale landing pages page in your account. Here’s how to do it.

  1. Navigate to Settings > For-Sale landing pages
  2. Click the “Set Custom Domain” link.
  3. Enter the domain name you want for your custom domain, including www. Click “Save.”
  4. Sign in to your registrar and ensure the Nameservers for your domain name are set to the registrar’s default Nameservers.

  5. Update your domain name DNS to point your www A record to 85.10.133.119

    Please look at your registrar’s help section for help setting up an A record, or scroll to the bottom of this post for a screenshot of the settings at some popular registrars.

  6. Wait anywhere from 5 minutes to 24 hours for DNS to propagate.
  7. You can go to your browser and type in your domain name to see if your site resolves.

Once your site is live, you can start customizing it, activate an SSL certificate, and link your Google Analytics account to track visitor statistics. Then, select the “redirect to my Custom domain” option from the drop-down in your Settings > For-Sale landing pages page, Settings > For-Sale landing pages page, and you are good to go.

By enabling this feature, all visitors on your domains using the Efty nameservers (ns1.eftydns.com/ns2.eftydns.com) will be forwarded to SSL secure For-Sale landing pages hosted on your custom domain name.
